Essential Ingredient master class with Caroline Velik.


I recently had the plesure of attending the Table Matters master class hosted by Essential Ingredient with Caroline Velik. Caroline is a food writer and stylist specialising in hosting parties with a menu to knock the socks off your guests. Caroline's menu mantra is to ensure that the menu is fuss free with maximum impact. 
The relaxed and informal master class took us through a fresh and seasonal menu. Caroline prefers to take her guests through a taste journey with a menu rather than a traditional two to three courses.
Two starters - prawn and scallop ceviche and a citrus cured ocean trout 
One main - turkey with lemongrass stuffing and duck fat roast potatoes
Sweet tasters - star anise peaches and a raspberry sorbet
Coffee and Tea delights - Turkish Delight Truffles
