Over NYE my friends and I had a Mexican Fiesta - such a celebration. We had a mojito trolley for cocktails and the freshest bbq snapper in a burrito. Divine. I stumbled across these photos on 'The Cool Hunter' on facebook.com/thecoolhunter that I wish I had seen before our NYE party - bite sized tacos w a summer sipper cocktail. The presentation is so fresh and would have been so memorable - depending on how many cocktails you enjoyed.
